Northern Arizona / Four days

01 / Who we are

Nature. Physical challenge. Meaningful work. Pure food. Faith. Fellowship.

Project Baseline creates experiences that bring people back to these things.

The goal isn't to escape your life. It's to return to it.

02 / The retreat

Four daysAll-inclusiveNorthern Arizona

Everything is included: the land, the lodging, the food, the work, the guiding. You arrive, and for four days the only thing asked of you is to be fully present.

The retreat is not a vacation. It is an opportunity to step away from ordinary life long enough to ask what you're actually living for.

01The Environment

Where you are shapes how you think. Every location is chosen with intent: the land, the architecture, the silence. Mountains, desert, pine, and stone, far from the walls built quietly around modern life. For four days, nothing stands between you and what is real.

02The Living

Timeless quarters: a working ranch, built by hand and made to last. Early mornings, shared tables, open doors. Comfort is not the organizing principle. Brotherhood is.

03The Food

Pure, local, organic, and cooked by hand. Every meal is chosen with intent to detox, nourish, and fuel the body, then shared together at one table.

04The Work

Meaningful physical work, done together on the land. Hands, tools, sweat, and something standing at the end of the day to show for it. Craftsmanship in the spirit of the Swiss watchmaker: patient, precise, and done right because it matters. Work like this rewires a nervous system trained by screens, deadlines, and the nine-to-five machine.

05The Challenge

Hard things, chosen on purpose. Physical tests built to push past the limits comfort taught you to accept. You leave knowing you are capable of more than you were told.

06The Fellowship

Men shoulder to shoulder, carrying the same weight. Days long enough and honest enough that masks fall away and real brotherhood forms. Bonds forged here outlast the four days.

07The Presence

No feeds, no noise, no pull of the screen. Attention returned to where you are and who is beside you. Room for silence, prayer, and the kind of honest conversation modern life rarely allows.

04

The discipline of doing good work, and doing it well.
